Club Jetstar will automatically recharge your credit card, in this case, not once but twice. Even after sending you an email the day before title "We are sad to see you go" and without clicking on the "Rejoin" option.
Try to fill out the complaints form to query the charges, twice, on their web site only to get error message; "We’re sorry that you weren’t able to submit your enquiry/feedback right now but there has been an error and your submission was unsuccessful."
You would think a company such as Jetstar would have their web site fully operational or is it a method to deter complaints.
Log into the Club Jetstar account and no option to cancel automatic renewals, and a message "Your Club Jetstar Australia has been deactivated. You will no longer be charged for this service".
Great, they charged the membership fee twice to the credit card and tell me that "Your Club Jetstar Australia has been deactivated. You will no longer be charged for this service". However they charged twice for non existent service / membership.
